    Cobh Carillon Recital, Sundays at 4.30 pm

    The 85th season of summer hour-long recitals on the Carillon of St Colman's Cathedral in Cobh continues on Sunday afternoon at 4.30.   Cathedral with Carillonneur: Adrian Gebruers. The new closed-circuit system is now in operation, which enables the public to see the instrument being played.

    Cork Arts Theatre One Act Playwright Awards 20112 – call for Submissions 

    This is an annual writing awards event which is hosted, organised and sponsored by the Cork Arts Theatre.  Six plays are shortlisted, produced and performed during Writers' Week in the autumn, each receiving a minimum of two performances. All writers will be invited to Writer's Day, where they will receive a full adjudication of their work and the short listed plays will be announced.
