A town of 1,651 inhabitants located 60km North West of Cork City and is 50 minute drive from Cork City and 1 hour drive from Cork International Airport. It is accessed off the N72 Mallow-Killarney National Secondary Route.
CONFIGURATION
A fibre duct route will be deployed along the main routes out of the town totalling approximately 4,350m. This configuration will provide a resilient ring between the fire station, the Eircom exchange and the main business locations at the centre of the town.
Further services including further redundancy can be offered through Wireless to the mast, which will also extend the reach of the proposed network. A collocation facility will be deployed approximately 150m from the Eircom exchange.
