Anti-Social Behaviour

  • The Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009 requires all Local Authorities to adopt, by reserved function, an Anti-Social Behaviour strategy for the prevention and reduction of Anti-Social Behaviour in its housing stock. There is a requirement for local Authorities to adopt an Anti-Social Behaviour Strategy by 30th November 2010.

    The strategy was adopted by Cork County Council on 11th October 2010.
