There are representatives on the Group from statutory agencies, local development & Traveller Representative organisations including: Cork County Council, HSE, Cork County Childcare Committee, CIT & UCC (Access Officers), Fas, Foroige, Local Development Groups (Avondhu/Blackwater, Ballyhoura, & SECAD), Visiting Teachers Service, Dept. of Social Protection, West Cork Travellers Centre, East Cork Traveller Advocacy, Traveller Visibility Group, Our Lady’s Training & Education Centre & VEC.

Meetings are held quarterly in County Hall and further meetings are held of the four sub-groups to advance the work of the plan.
The sub-groups are:
- Health & Accomodation
- City/County Education
- Youth & Childcare
- Enterprise & Training
