Canon DSLR Workshop Barry Donnellan, Saturday 26th & Sun 27th May, 10am - 4pm
The Cork Film Centre, Civic Trust House, hosts a Canon DSLR Workshop with Lighting Cameraman Barry Donnellan on Saturday and Sunday 26th and 27th May from 10 am to 4 pm This two day workshop with international cameraman Barry Donnellan is aimed at people already shooting or interested in shooting with Canon DSLR's. Barry will cover the basics as well as more advanced techniques. A practical lighting session will also be included on the Saturday while an opportunity to actually shoot with Barry will be incorporated into the Sunday session. DSLR cameras will be provided for participants to share, but participants are encouraged to bring their own - Booking is essential from 087 791 1316.

To commemorate the 100th anniversary or the Titanic, Ford are hosting 8 Minutes Ford Short Film Competition inviting film-makers to create an eight-minute short film drawing inspiration from Titanic.
