Tuesday - 1pm-8pm.
- Wednesday-Saturday, inclusive - 10am-5:30pm.
- Closed on Saturdays of bank holiday weekends.
Dunmanway Library offers a wide range of books for adults, children and teenagers, including audio books on both CD and cassette and Large print books. A selection of general reference books is also held.
The following newspapers are available for reading in the library: The Irish Times, Irish Examiner, and the Southern Star.
Internet Access
Inter Access is available on 2 PCs. This includes one with Assistive Technology to aid people with disabilities. Advance booking for this service is advisable and a valid library card must be presented at the desk.
Online Services
Online services include Grove Art, Grove Music, Irish times online, OSI Maps, Library Press Display (international newspapers).
County Council Information
Selected Cork County Council information and publications are available to view in the library and online.

Regular Events and Activities
A children's bookclub called the Cookie bookclub meets in the library twice a month, to discuss books and work on art, crafts and projects related to the subject.
Dunmanway Library regularly hosts displays and exhibitions for a variety of different groups including schools, artists and community groups. The library's large shop-front style windows make a great focal point for all exhibits and have a very prominent position on the town's main square. Enquiries about displays and exhibitions can be made to the library staff.
Festivals
Regular festivals are held throughout the year in conjunction with the County Arts office:
- Feile Bride in February
- Library Ireland Week and Seachtain na Gaeilge in March
- Summer Arts in July and August
- Children's book Festival in October.
