We are currently exploring possible ways of maintaining our links with primary schools despite the complete withdrawal of all funding for the School Library Service by the Department of Education and Science. While there will be no allocation of new books for the foreseeable future, we hope to promote access to our existing resources through our new library headquarters, branch and mobile library network. We will be in contact with schools in mid September with further details.
