The Rural Broadband Scheme is now open and applications may be submitted until Friday 29th July 2011. The Scheme is an EU funded measure under the Rural Development Programme operated by the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in cooperation with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
