A grant of up to €30,000 for alterations to a dwelling to render it more suitable for the accommodation of a person with a disability may be sought. Each application is evaluated under the conditions of scheme, the prioritisation scheme, the occupational therapist report, the technical inspectors report and the level of grant finances available.
