Environmental projects with Youth Groups
2012 Projects
Youghal Youth Reach group won the Cork County Council 'Wastematcher' award at the national EcoUnesco Awards in Dublin MAy 8th.
Their project involves collecting, sorting, grading sea week, composting the sea week and fertilising the allotement gardens. Welldone to this group.
Cobh Youth Reach Group.This group have given great support to EARU with assistance at the greening of greening Midleton Food Festival & European Waste Week events in Fota WLP. In June 13th next the group will launch their most recent initiative with Cobh Tidy Towns.
We encourage all Tidy Towns to work with Youth Reach & Transition Year student who have so much energy & talent to offer their towns
