Development Plan Review

 Cork County Development Plan 2009 - 2015 

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 12(12)(a) of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended), that Cork County Council being the Planning Authority for the County, has made The County Development Plan for the administrative area of County Cork, exclusive of the administrative areas of Cork City Council and the following Town Councils: Clonakilty, Cobh, Fermoy, Kinsale, Macroom, Mallow, Midleton, Skibbereen and Youghal

The Development Plan will come into effect on the 6th February, 2009.

The Development Plan 2009 (including the Environmental Statement) may also be
purchased at the Planning Policy Unit, Floor 13, County Hall, Cork Tel: 021 4285900
(PRICE €120).
