On 9th January 2009 Cork County Council completed the Review of the County Development Plan 2003 and formally adopted the Cork County Development Plan 2009, which came into force on 6th February, 2009.
Below please find details of the previous Plan which has now been superseded.
CORK COUNTY DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2003
The Cork County Development Plan 2003 was formally made by the County Council on 13th January 2003 and came into operation on 10th February 2003. The County Development Plan 2003 is a six year plan and is expected to remain in force until early 2009.
Since its adoption, there have been four variations to the plan adopted by the Council, as set out in the table below. If you own the first edition of the Cork County Development Plan 2003 you can download these variations below.
These four variations are included in the second edition of the County Development Plan, the following are new variations which should be considered when looking at the 1st and 2nd editions of the Cork County Development Plan 2003.

LOCAL AREA PLANS
The ten Electoral Area Local Area Plans were adopted on the 6th September 2005.
A typing error was made in the text of the specific objective R-06 in the settlement of Whitechurch. This error has been corrected in the English version of the Blarney Electoral Area Local Area Plan below.
