The aim of the CATS is to undertake a review of the roads network and the associated traffic demands with particular attention to the town centre to determine the traffic management improvements needed to cope with the anticipated, continued expansion of the town. It embraces consideration of pedestrian and cyclist needs, parking requirements, public transport, and general transportation needs.
