Mallow Town Council intends to construct and acquire housing units for sale under the Affordable Housing Schemes, under which houses will be made available for sale at less than market value.  These houses will be provided at a number of locations throughout the town.

We intend to invite applications for inclusion on a points based priority list by which housing units will be allocated.  The allocations of points will have regard to a number of criteria including family composition, current housing circumstances and ability to repay, amongst others.
