International Women's Day at County Library Headquarters

International Women's Day event in Library Headquarters on Wednesday 8th March

Cork County Library invites you to a very special International Women's Day event in Library Headquarters on Wednesday 8th March.  This will be a morning dedicated to you!
The library will host two excellent speakers who will give you the opportunity to be entertained, informed and build your self esteem. As an added bonus you can catch up with friends over tea or coffee at the interval.  Library staff are delighted that two expert and entertaining speakers have agreed to share their experience and knowledge on the day.
HSE Consultant Psychologist Dr Rosarie Crowley will speak on Building strength and resilience: how you can help yourself while Anna McPartlin, best-selling author of Last Days of Rabbit Hayes and Somewhere Inside of Happy, just to name two of her most recent novels, will discuss her novels, her characters and her writing.
This exciting event takes place on Wednesday March 8, 2017 from 10.00 am -12.30pm in Library HQ , Carrigrohane Rd., Cork.
