Services:
Cork County Council constructed a new embankment with a paved road leading to the site with a separate entrance from the Service road. As part of the works, provision was made for the various services and utilities. All services have now been brought to the boundary of the site just off the Access road. The 100mm Watermain already passes through the site at the northern boundary. This watermain also supplies Bantry House and the Surrounding area and a separate connection will have to be made. The site is also serviced by a 225mm Foul Sewer and a 300mm Storm Sewer. ESB supply will be provided from a transformer located directly adjacent to the site. There is also Eircom ducting to the boundary of the site, with two spare ducts if required for Eircom Broadband.Planning:
