Regions Showcase Project West Cork Arts Centre


Uillinn: West Cork Arts Centre is seeking affordable artwork for a new series of showcase exhibitions in their foyer space. Regions will give local artists from across the catchment area, at all stages of their career, an opportunity to showcase their work in seven instalments, each four weeks in duration and each focusing on a particular region.

Open submissions for Butler Gallery 2018/2019 programme are now being accepted. The Butler Gallery specialises in one-person exhibitions for emerging and mid-career artists.


Submissions to include CV, artists statement, documentation, images and proposal if appropriate.

Dance Opportunities

Dance Ireland Regional Residency Fund

Dance Ireland has launched  a new fund in 2017 to support regionally based artists to undertake residencies in Dance House.

Make and Move

Dance Ireland invites applications for Make and Move, a two-week intensive programme in choreographic practice for eight emerging choreographers, designed and led by Dance Ireland Associate Artist Catherine Young. Please click here for more information.

Applications are invited from professional Irish traditional musicians for the position of Sliabh Luachra  Musician In Residence .

This residency is part of the Sliabh Luachra Music Trail project, which is supported by the Arts Offices of Cork County Council,  Kerry County Council, Limerick City and County Council and the Irish Traditional Music Archive in association with the Arts Council.  The residency will be located in the Sliabh Luachra region which includes parts of counties Cork, Kerry and Limerick.
