Youghal Celebrates History Conference
This is our 18th in-person Conference. During Covid times we went on-line and offered two seasons of lectures via Zoom. We also had an extra event in 2016 to celebrate the centenary of the 1916 Rising. We planned this conference on St. Mary’s for a long time but Covid stopped everything! Our Academic Director, Dr. Dagmar Riain-Raedel, never gave up hope and here we are celebrating a unique church with over 800 years of history.
