Charleville Library offers a wide range of books for lending to adults and children, including books on tape. A selection of general reference books is held, such as encyclopedias and dictionaries.
The following current newspapers and periodicals are available for viewing in the library: The Irish Examiner, The Irish Independent, The Irish Times, The Corkman, The Farmer's Journal, The Limerick Leader and The Vale Star.
Internet access is available on 3 PCs. Advance booking for this service is advisable. There is free Wi-Fi available for library members.
Various activities are held throughout the year, including involvement in local festivals such as Bealtaine, the Summer Arts Programme and the Children's Book Festival.

Directions to the Library
Charleville library is located in the former Church of Ireland on Main Street, directly opposite the AIB. It is on the left side of the street coming from Cork or the right side coming from Limerick.
