Cork County Council and Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII), under the Per Cent for Art Scheme have announced a call for submissions for two public art commissions as part of the N22 Baile Bhuirne to Macroom Road Development.

Mayor of the County of Cork, Cllr Danny Collins has welcomed the announcement that the Housing Infrastructure Services Company (HISCo), will deliver the infrastructure required to facilitate the development of 34 new houses in Bantry, Co. Cork.

Cork County Council’s Local Enterprise Office South Cork is inviting schools to sign up for this year’s Student Enterprise Programme.  Now in its 21st year, over 300,000 students have taken part in Ireland’s largest enterprise programme for second level students, learning how to create a business idea, before starting and growing their business.
