Notice of Making Special Speed Limit Bye-Laws in Respect of Regional and Local Roads Within the Administrative Area of the County of Cork
Notice is hereby given that the Members of Cork County Council, at their meeting on the 26th day of September 2022 adopted the County of Cork Road Traffic Special Speed Limit Bye-Laws for Regional & Local Roads, 2022, pursuant to Section 9 of the Road Traffic Act 2004, as amended.
These Bye-Laws provide for special speed limits on Regional & Local Roads throughout the County of Cork.
These Bye-Laws entitled County of Cork Road Traffic Special Speed Limit Bye-Laws for Regional & Local Roads 2022 come into force and have effect from 1st day of December 2022.
