The core activities carried out by the Housing Department are:

• The allocation of dwellings
• The refurbishment and maintenance of its housing stock
• The sale of dwellings to Council Tenants
• The assessment and collection of rents
• The development of Estate Management/Resident Participation
• Administration/Customer Care

If you wish to visit the Department in person the office hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, including lunch time, Monday to Friday.
