Local Authority Tenants Handbook

Cork County Council is pleased to provide each tenant with a copy Tenant's Handbook (pdf).  This provides the opportunity to introduce tenants to the wide range of services available to them.

The handbook is also intended to clarify the responsibilities, both of Cork County Council as the landlord, and you as the tenant.  The handbook is intended as a guide and does not go into detail about every aspect of the services available.
