Cork County Council has announced the Streetscape Painting, Signage & Improvement Scheme 2023 for the main thoroughfares within Carrigaline Town, Passage West, Glenbrook and Monkstown.

The scheme provides direct financial assistance to property owners to rejuvenate town and village centres and in doing so, enhance the public realm thereby attracting and retaining footfall. 

Tenants or owners of buildings on the main thoroughfares can avail of a grant of up to 50% of the cost, up to a maximum of €1,000 towards painting the facades along the street which may include paint, labour, scaffold/ hoist and other materials. Quotations from registered painting contractors will be required.

Deadline for receipt of applications is 4.30pm on Friday 22nd September 2023.
