Temporary Closing of Public Roads
CORK COUNTY COUNCIL
ROADS ACT, 1993
Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council proposes to temporarily close the following roads for the periods and reason specified below.
Road Subject of Proposed Closure
L-3805 (Part of) at Dairygold Co-Op Store, Mogeely, Co. Cork.
Period of Proposed Closure
From 08:00hrs on Tuesday 16th May, 2023 to 18:00hrs on Friday 19th May, 2023 (24hr Closure).
Reason for Proposed Closure
To facilitate Connection and Developer Services Works, Water connection.
Alternative Routes
Southbound diversion – continue on N25 for approximately 8.5km. At the roundabout, take the second exit turning right onto R630. At the end of this road, turn left onto R907 and then turn right onto R627 and travel on this road for a distance of 9km where the diversion will end.
The stated diversion route is applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.
Local access will be maintained throughout the duration of the Road Closure.
Objections to this proposed temporary road closure should be made in writing, to the undersigned, quoting Ref: TRC-46-2023, not later than 5.00pm on Tuesday 25th April, 2023. Telephone contact details should be included in the objection.
