Period of Proposed Closure
From 06:00hrs on Monday 29th May 2023 to 18:00hrs on Monday 3rd July 2023 (24hr Closure).
Reason for Proposed Closure
To facilitate the Installation of Ducting as part of the Celtic Interconnector Project.
Alternative Routes
Driving from the east towards Knocrkara along the L-2966 at Pigeon Hill, continue until the crossroads with the L-6990 and turn right towards Glenmore Stores. Continue on until the t-junction with the L-2964, and then turn right.
The stated diversion route is applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.
Local Access will be maintained throughout the duration of the closure.
Objections to this proposed temporary road closure should be made in writing, to the undersigned, quoting Ref: TRC- 60 -2023, not later than 5pm on Wednesday 3rd May, 2023. Telephone contact details should be included in the objection.
