Temporary Closing Of Public Roads

Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council proposes to temporarily close the following roads for the period and reason specified below:
Roads Subject of Proposed Closure
- L-5753-18 (Section of), Bunaglanna, Glenville, Co. Cork.
- L-57531-2 (Section of) (cul-de-sac), Bunaglanna, Glenville, Co. Cork.
- L-57531-0 (Section of) (cul-de-sac) Bunaglanna, Glenville, Co. Cork.
Period of Proposed Closure
From 08.00hrs on Monday 29th August 2022 to 17.00hrs on Saturday 3rd September 2022
(24hr Closure).
Reason for Proposed Closure
To facilitate the installation of three cattle underpasses.
Alternative Routes
1 – For traffic heading east, divert South via L-1501-90 and L-2956-30, east on the L-2957 via Doonpeter and North via Glenville GAA Pitch road on the L-2958.
The stated diversion route is applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.
2 & 3 – All traffic on the cul-de-sacs will be guided past the works via temporary farm roads.
Objections
Objections to this proposed temporary road closure should be made in writing, to the undersigned, quoting Ref: TRC-116-2022, not later than 5.00pm on Tuesday 12th July 2022. Telephone contact details should be included in the objection.

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS
Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council proposes to temporarily close the following road for the period and reason specified below:
Road Subject of Proposed Closure
L-1223-66, (Section of), Ballymacoy, Killavullen, Co. Cork.
Period of Proposed Closure
From 08:00hrs on Tuesday 2nd August 2022 to 17:00hrs on Friday 2nd September 2022.
(24hr Closure).
Reason for Proposed Closure
To facilitate the repair and rebuild of a collapsed bridge wall.
Alternative Routes
Approaching from the east, divert north via Killavullen Village along the L1226-0, divert west along the N72 to Beecher Street, Mallow, continue south over Mallow Bridge via the R620-28 and east onto the L1223-0.
The stated diversion route is applicable in reverse when travelling in the opposite direction.
