Dunmanway Swimming Pool is a stunning, state of the art 25 metre pool.

Mallow Swimming Pool Complex consists of a full 25m pool, kiddies pool, steam room, male and female changing rooms, canteen, large viewing area and tea coffee facilities are available.

Bathing Water Status: Green Coast Ballinamona Beach is part of a line of beaches from Silver Strand on edge of Ballycotton Village which connects to Ballynamona which in turn connects to Ardnahinch Beach which then connects to Garryvoe Beach.  It is sandy and sheltered and popular with walkers and surfers.
