Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993, and Part 8 of Road Regulations 1994, Article 12 (sub article 6), notice is hereby given that the urgent closure of the road as detailed below, is necessary to facilitate the installation of a culvert where the current culvert has partially collapsed along with the necessary road-resurfacing works on the R618 (Old N22) at Coolavokig, Ballyvourney, Co. Cork and in the interest of public safety.
