Tá conradh sínithe ag Comhairle Contae Chorcaí le J.D. Buckley Construction Ltd. chun 16 aonad tithíochta sóisialta a fhorbairt ag An Sléibhín Thoir, Maigh Chromtha, Co. Chorcaí. 

Cork County Council has signed a contract with J.D. Buckley Construction Ltd. for the development of 16 social housing units at Sleaveen East, Macroom, Co. Cork. The new homes will consist of a mix of four 2-bedroom townhouses, ten 1-bedroom apartments and two 2-bedroom apartments. The total cost of the scheme is expected to be in the region of €3.3m ex VAT. 

18 new social homes, delivered by Clúid Housing as part of the landmark regeneration of the former Mercy Convent and school have been officially opened in Bantry, Co. Cork. 

Kanturk has been announced as one of 26 towns nationally to benefit from a Town Centre First Plan. Funding of €30,000 has been granted to Cork County Council for the development of the plan as part of the Government’s national Town Centre First Policy initiative.

Cork County Council has announced a new Affordable Housing Purchase Scheme in Fermoy. Applications for the new three-bed houses at Rathealy Close, Fermoy will open at 12 noon on Tuesday the 19th of March 2024.
