Ebooks in World Languages

LOTE online for Kids is now available through Cork County Library eServices. LOTE online for kids allows children to enjoy the magic of books in World Languages from the comfort of home. Each book is provided with an English translation to help develop multilingual reading and listening skills. The LOTE (Language Other Than English) online database contains over 2,500 digital picture books in 60 + languages. There are also activities available to play online or download. This initiative is supported by the Department of Rural & Community Development, Dormant Account Funds and Cork County Council. 

It is easy to access, sign in below, type in your library card number and click on Submit or download the application from your App Store.
