Please be advised that the EIA Directive has been changed. If you are considering preparing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a Planning Application, your attention is drawn to the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government’s  Circular PL1/2017 issued on the 15th May 2017.
