Proposed Zebra Crossing, Killumney Road, Ovens, Co. Cork.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, Cork County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to carry out the installation of a Zebra Crossing on Killumney Road, Ovens, Co. Cork:

  • Raised Zebra Crossing
  • and all associated works.

The proposed works include the installation of a raised Zebra crossing on the Killumney Road (L-2208-0) adjacent St John the Baptist Church and associated footpath works. The works have been approved and funding has been secured from the NTA (National Transport Authority).

Drawings and particulars of the proposed scheme are available for inspection:

and may be inspected during normal offices hours from Friday 11rd April until 5pm Tuesday 13th May 2025 inclusive.
