Cork County Council Local Elections 2024

The Local Elections will be held on Friday, June 7th, 2024. There are 10 electoral areas in County Cork with 55 Members set to be elected to Cork County Council. The European Elections will also take place in Ireland on Friday, June 7th.

Tá clár Chruinniú na nÓg 2024 fógartha ag Leabharlann agus Seirbhís Ealaíon Chomhairle Contae Chorcaí, ina bhfuil sé beartaithe os cionn 30 imeacht cruthaitheach a reáchtáil ar fud an chontae ar an Satharn, an 15 Meitheamh. Tá clár na bliana seo uathúil mar gheall gurb iad leanaí Chorcaí féin agus iadsan is mó beagnach a chuir an clár i dtoll a chéile.

Cork County Council Grants Creative Wishes for Cruinniú na nÓg 2024

Cork County Council’s Library and Arts Service has announced the 2024 Cruinniú na nÓg programme, with over 30 creative events planned across the county on Saturday the 15th of June. This year’s programme is unique in that it was almost entirely programmed by the children of Cork themselves.

Cork County Council’s Library and Arts Services launches Bealtaine Celebrations.

Cork County Council’s Library and Arts Services is marking Bealtaine this Month with an extensive range of creative activities to commemorate the festival that celebrates arts and creativity as we age. Taking place across the entire month of May, the Bealtine festival provides opportunities for all older people to meaningfully take part in and express their creativity and be represented by their work to highlight how our creative potential can grow as we age.
