eResources one-to-ones


A number of Cork County Library branches are offering free one to one sessions to learn about the library’s online services including ebooks, eaudiobooks, emagazines and online courses in the coming weeks.


On the day, all you need is to bring along your library card, phone or tablet and to know your app store password. If you are not a library member, the library is free to join, just bring along ID and proof of address!




•    Fermoy - Thursday May 23rd 11.00am – 3.00pm
•    Charleville - Tuesday May 28th 11.00am – 3.00pm

•    Clonakilty - Wednesday June 5th 11.00am – 3.00pm

•    Bantry - Thursday June 6th 11.00am – 3.00pm
•    Carrigaline - Tuesday June 11th 11.00am – 3.00pm
•    Cobh - Thursday June 13th 11.00am – 3.00pm

Healthy Ireland at Your Library


Healthy Ireland at Your Library is a Dept. of Health funded programme which enhances current health information in public libraries by providing new book stock, e-books, e-audiobooks and e-magazines on health and wellbeing and a wider selection of health information for all users. Titles cover areas such as healthy eating and active living, wellbeing and healthy childhood.





As part of the programme of events, Cork County Library also offers a wide range of events, including talks and workshops. Please click here for details of upcoming events. 

All events are free to attend, however some may require booking. Please contact your local library for further details.
