Presented by the Youghal4All group, Youghaloween Spooktacular is a festival celebrating the ancient festival of Samhain.  This is a festival with Soul!  So much going on that weekend – here’s just a little taster of what you can expect.

This festival transports you back in time to the ancient Celtic traditions of Samhain. This mystical event unfolds in the historic town of Youghal, a town steeped in legends and folklore.

Dursey Cable Car will not be operational on Sunday the 20th of October due to strong and gusty winds forecast. 

After Dark Presents: Bridgerton Symphonic, an immersice string quartet performance of music from the hit Netflix tv series with stunning visuals, in Skibbereen Town Hall.

Due to resurfacing works in the church carpark of St Gobnait’s Church, Baile Bhuirne, the bring bank will be removed from the carpark from today, 10th of October 2024.

Dursey Cable Car will not be operational tomorrow Sunday the 29th of September due to strong and gusty winds. It will resume operations when weather conditions permit and following inspection if necessary.

The Mayor of the County of Cork, Cllr Joe Carroll together with Minister of State, Colm Burke TD and Chief Executive of Cork County Council, Moira Murrell have cut the ribbon for the official opening of The Briery Gap Theatre and Library.

To facilitate regular maintenance, Dursey Island Cable Car will be closed from 10:00 to 15:00 this Tuesday, the 3rd of September.
