Cork County Council has announced a new Affordable Housing Purchase Scheme in Macroom. Applications for the new two and three bed houses at Meadowlands, Macroom will open at 12 noon on Monday the 30th of September 2024.

Cork County Council presents a series of workshops focusing on the theme of Sustainable Heritage called ‘The Green Time Machine: What can the past teach us about a sustainable future? These engaging sessions, led by Creative Ireland Heritage Specialist in Residence Shannon Forde, will be held at Cobh, Skibbereen and Kinsale libraries during Sustainable Development Goals Week.
