Tugtar fógra leis seo, de bhun Alt 10(1) den Acht um Thrácht ar Bhóithre 2004, arna leasú, go bhfuil Ordú Luasteorainn Oibreacha Bóthair déanta ar mhaithe le sábháilteacht ar bhóithre agus chun oibreacha athdhromchlaithe ar an N22 a éascú idir Acomhal 3 ag Barr na nGabhar, Na hUamhanna, Co. Chorcaí agus Droichead Na hUamhanna, Co. Chorcaí.

Is é 60km/u (laghdaithe ó 100km/u) an Luasteorainn Oibreacha Bóthair a chuirfear i bhfeidhm.
Tá feidhm ag an luasteorainn seo ó 20:30 Dé Luain 13 Márta, 2023 go 05.30 Dé hAoine 12 Bealtaine, 2023 nó cibé dáta níos luaithe a chinnfidh Comhairle Contae Chorcaí.
Beidh comharthaí luasteorainneacha ábhartha i bhfeidhm.
Tabharfar aird ar aon aighneacht a dhéanfar i scríbhinn chuig an té atá sínithe thíos maidir leis an Ordú Luasteorainn Oibreacha Bóthair seo.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 (1) of the Road Traffic Act 2004, as amended, that a Road Works Speed Limit Order has been made in the interests of road safety and to facilitate resurfacing works on the N22 between Junction 3 at Barnagore, Ovens, Co. Cork and the Ovens Bridge, Co. Cork.
Location:
Both Carriageway of the N22 – between Junction 3, Barnagore, Ovens, Co. Cork and the Ovens Bridge, Co. Cork.
The Road Works Speed Limit to be applied shall be 60km/h (reduced from 100km/h).
This speed limit applies from 20:30hrs on Monday 13th March 2023 to 05.30hrs on Friday 12th May 2023 or such earlier date as determined by Cork County Council.
Relevant speed limit signs will be in place.
Regard shall be given to any representations made in writing to the undersigned in relation to this Road Works Speed Limit Order.
