The Social Housing Assessment (Amendment) (No.3) Regulations 2022 have resulted in the baseline income thresholds for social housing support applicants being increased for all local authorities with effect from 1st January 2023.

The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage has issued a Direction, under Regulation 29 of the European Communities (Birds and Natural Habitats) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 477 of 2011), in relation to the activities listed below within the Beara Peninsula Special Protection Area (SPA) 4155.

Cork County Council propose to make new County Library Bye Laws to govern the use of library services. We have therefore published a draft set of new bye laws which are available to view. A copy of these can be inspected for two months from December 21,2022 at Library Headquarters or at any Branch. A copy can also be obtained by emailing corkcountylibrary@corkcoco.ie . We will also consider any submissions made.
