Notice to Mariners No. 17 of 2022
To all ship owners, shipmasters, agents, fishing vessels, pleasure craft users, seafarers, fishery organisations and general port users.
Kinsale Harbour, Gibbons Quay Outfall Pipe (Beside RNLI Station)
Mariners and general port users are advised that work will commence On Monday 22nd August 2022 at Gibbon’s Quay Outfall Pipe beside the RNLI Station. A construction barge will remain in this position for a number of days.
Works will include lifting and dive operations. Vessel masters are reminded that there is a 5 Knot (NO WAKE) speed limit in this area. Passing vessels are required to slow down and give a wide berth.
