Cork County Council in partnership with the Land Development Agency (LDA) has announced a new Affordable Housing Scheme on offer in Mallow, with support of up to a €75k discount available for eligible buyers.

Cork County Council is actively pursuing the development of affordable housing for sale and rent at a number of locations under the Government’s ‘Housing for All’ plan. These schemes help people on low to moderate incomes to buy or rent their own homes. Further schemes will be advertised as they become available.
